Refunds

To fulfil customer satisfaction we will accept returns for a credit or refund as long as the item is not opened and in its original packaging. The item must be returned within 30 days and should be sent via registered post or freight carrier.

Change of mind will incur return cost of freight by the customer.

Damaged on arrival goods will not incur any charge. If you have any concerns please contact us at sales@beautyonlineaustralia.com.

We attempt to keep our product descriptions as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant any errors in our product descriptions and therefore if the product is not as described you may return the unopened product for a full credit or refund as per our refund policy stated above.
